Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment must be received in full before the date of the event, otherwise entry may be refused. To obtain the “early-bird rates” booking and full payment must be received BEFORE the expiration of the relevant date. All late registrations (10 working days or less prior to the event) must be paid by credit card. Please provide an email address where requested so that future communication can be sent to you.
As part of quality control all organisation types will be checked. If an incorrect organisation type has accidentally been selected then we reserve the right to charge the correct fee and debit your credit card accordingly. You will be notified of this prior to charging your card.
Cancellations:
Cancellations of conference, accommodation and conference dinner must be confirmed in writing (email/fax with a signature is acceptable) and received (not postmarked) by the WSM Conference Office by 5:00 pm on Friday 25th February 2011. The fax number is +44 (0)1323 637777. A cancellation fee of €95 will be charged to cover administrative costs and losses incurred. Written cancellations received after Friday 25th February 2011, will be charged 100% of the conference/accommodation/conference dinner rates booked. If original payment was made by cheque, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks to be refunded.
Substitutions are welcome at any stage without penalty.
The conference organisers recommend that all participants invest in appropriate travel insurance.
Programme Changes/Information:
It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, to change the programme content, speakers and/or timings. The conference organisers and sponsors are not liable for any changes.
